Welcome to JoeyPrints. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JoeyPrints website, online print portal, products, and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, uploading files, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

JoeyPrints provides professional printing services, custom print products, design support, passport photo services, personalized gifts, business printing, event printing, signage, and other related products and services.

JoeyPrints may update, modify, or discontinue products, pricing, services, website features, or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order with JoeyPrints, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative to use our services.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, organization, client, or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to approve the order, uploaded files, payment, and these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

3. Ordering Process

When placing an order, requesting a quote, or submitting files, you agree that:

• All order details you provide are accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for reviewing product selections, quantities, sizes, paper types, finishes, shipping or pickup details, and turnaround times before submitting your order.
• You are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork, photos, logos, graphics, text, spelling, punctuation, layout, sizing, image quality, and file setup before placing your order.
• You understand that once an order is submitted, approved, or sent into production, it may not be changed, canceled, or refunded.
• You accept full responsibility for ensuring your files are print-ready unless you have purchased design or file setup services from JoeyPrints.

JoeyPrints is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, low-resolution images, incorrect sizing, blurry artwork, layout issues, missing bleed, incorrect colors, outdated information, or design choices approved by the customer.

4. Quotes, Estimates, and Custom Orders

Quotes and estimates are based on the specifications provided at the time of the request. Pricing may change if the project scope, quantity, size, paper, finishing, design work, shipping method, timeline, or other details change.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

Custom orders may require approval of a quote, invoice, deposit, proof, or written confirmation before production begins. JoeyPrints reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is incomplete, inaccurate, outside our production capabilities, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise approved in writing by JoeyPrints. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout or on an invoice.

Orders will not begin production until payment, deposit, or approved payment terms have been received.

If a payment is declined, disputed, reversed, or otherwise not received, JoeyPrints may pause or cancel production until payment is resolved. For approved business accounts with payment terms, unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees where permitted by law.

6. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders as required by law. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid tax exemption documentation before placing an order. JoeyPrints cannot guarantee tax adjustments after an order has already been processed.

7. Artwork, Files, and Customer Content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, print, and distribute any artwork, photos, logos, graphics, trademarks, copyrighted material, text, or other content submitted to JoeyPrints.

By submitting files or content to JoeyPrints, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
• The content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or prohibited material.
• JoeyPrints may use the submitted content as needed to review, design, proof, print, produce, fulfill, or support your order.

You agree to hold JoeyPrints harmless from any claims, damages, costs, legal fees, or disputes related to content you submit, approve, or request us to print.

JoeyPrints reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, explicit, misleading, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Design Services and Proofing

JoeyPrints may offer design assistance, file setup, revisions, or proofing services for certain projects.

Proofs are provided for customer review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy, including:

• Spelling and grammar
• Names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, websites, and QR codes
• Layout and alignment
• Colors and images
• Size, orientation, and folding
• Finishing details
• Quantity and product specifications

Once a proof is approved, JoeyPrints is not responsible for errors that appear in the approved proof.

Production will not begin until proof approval is received when proof approval is required. Delays in proof approval may affect turnaround times, pickup dates, delivery dates, or event deadlines.

9. Color, Paper, and Print Variations

Printing may vary slightly from what appears on a screen or digital proof. Screen colors are affected by monitor settings, brightness, device type, and file setup.

You understand and accept that:

• Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically quoted and approved as a color-matching service.
• Colors may vary between print runs, paper types, finishes, materials, and production methods.
• Slight shifts in trimming, cutting, folding, alignment, and finishing may occur within industry-standard tolerances.
• Paper texture, coating, and finish can affect the final appearance of printed colors and images.

JoeyPrints will make reasonable efforts to produce high-quality printed products, but minor variations are not considered defects.

10. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates based on business days and begin after all required items are received, including payment, print-ready files, proof approval, and final project details.

Turnaround times do not include weekends, holidays, shipping transit time, customer response delays, file issues, proofing delays, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Same-day and rush printing may be available on select products only and is subject to file approval, order details, production capacity, and cutoff times.

JoeyPrints will make reasonable efforts to meet requested deadlines but does not guarantee completion dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

11. Pickup, Shipping, and Delivery

Customers may be offered local pickup, shipping, courier, or delivery options depending on the order.

For local pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready. Orders should be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification. JoeyPrints is not responsible for delays caused by customers not picking up completed orders.

For shipped orders, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, shipping method, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other conditions outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, JoeyPrints is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage in transit. We will provide tracking information when available and may assist with carrier claims when appropriate.

If JoeyPrints cannot ship an online order within the promised timeframe, we will communicate with you regarding the delay, revised timing, or available options as required by applicable law.

12. Cancellations and Modifications

Because most JoeyPrints orders are custom-made, orders may not be canceled or modified once they are submitted, approved, or sent into production.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@joeyprints.com or 813-771-0345. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.

If production has not started, JoeyPrints may allow a cancellation, change, or credit at our sole discretion. Design fees, setup fees, rush fees, proofs, deposits, and custom work already completed may be non-refundable.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Claims

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final once an order has been processed, approved, printed, or shipped.

JoeyPrints does not accept returns or provide refunds for customer-submitted errors, approved proofs, color expectations, spelling mistakes, design choices, incorrect quantities, incorrect shipping information, or changes of mind.

If you believe your order was produced incorrectly, damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must contact JoeyPrints in writing within two business days of receiving or picking up your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product, packaging, or defect
• Any other relevant details

If JoeyPrints determines that an error was caused by our production process, we may, at our discretion, reprint the affected item, issue a store credit, or provide another appropriate resolution.

Defective or incorrect products may need to be returned or made available for inspection before a replacement or credit is issued.

JoeyPrints is not responsible for replacing products that have been used, distributed, altered, damaged after pickup or delivery, mishandled, stored improperly, or partially consumed before the claim was submitted.

14. Order Quantities and Overruns/Underruns

For certain custom print products, slight quantity variations may occur due to the nature of commercial printing, finishing, cutting, packaging, or quality control.

JoeyPrints will make reasonable efforts to provide the quantity ordered. Minor overages or shortages within standard production tolerance may occur and are not considered defects unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Customer-Supplied Materials

If JoeyPrints agrees to print on, modify, cut, fold, bind, mount, or otherwise work with customer-supplied materials, the customer accepts all risk associated with those materials.

JoeyPrints is not responsible for damage, spoilage, misprints, testing loss, or production issues involving customer-supplied materials. Additional materials may be required for setup, testing, spoilage, or reprints.

16. Third-Party Vendors and Production Partners

JoeyPrints may use trusted vendors, suppliers, production partners, shipping carriers, or service providers to help produce, fulfill, or deliver certain orders.

Production methods, materials, availability, vendor timelines, and shipping timelines may vary. JoeyPrints remains committed to helping provide quality finished products but is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third-party vendors or carriers outside our control.

17. Passport Photo Services

JoeyPrints provides passport photo services based on official photo sizing and general passport photo guidelines.

Final acceptance of passport photos is determined by the passport agency, government office, or reviewing authority. JoeyPrints cannot guarantee acceptance of any passport, visa, identification, or government application.

Customers are responsible for confirming the specific requirements for their application, country, agency, or document type before using the photos.

18. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Discounts

Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, and special offers may be subject to expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, minimum purchase requirements, and other restrictions.

Only one discount or promotion may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. JoeyPrints reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

19. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the JoeyPrints website, online ordering system, design tools, upload tools, or account features.

You may not:

• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Interfere with website functionality or security
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse JoeyPrints website content, tools, product templates, or designs without permission

JoeyPrints may suspend or deny access to the website or services if we believe these Terms have been violated.

20. Intellectual Property

All JoeyPrints website content, branding, logos, product images, templates, copy, graphics, designs, layout, and website features are owned by JoeyPrints or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use JoeyPrints intellectual property without written permission.

Any custom design work created by JoeyPrints remains the property of JoeyPrints until fully paid for. Usage rights may vary depending on the project, quote, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JoeyPrints may retain editable design files, templates, production files, and working files.

21. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoeyPrints is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use of our website, services, products, delays, errors, order issues, or inability to use our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost business opportunities, missed events, missed deadlines, lost revenue, reputational harm, or costs related to replacement goods or services.

JoeyPrints’ maximum liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

23. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JoeyPrints, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Files, artwork, images, logos, text, or content you submit
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Claims related to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
• Misuse of products after pickup or delivery
• Any unauthorized or improper use of JoeyPrints services

24. Force Majeure

JoeyPrints is not responsible for delays, interruptions, losses, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Fire, flood, or power outages
• Equipment failure
• Labor disruptions
• Supply shortages
• Carrier delays
• Government action
• Public health emergencies
• Acts of God
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or other emergencies

These events may affect production timelines, delivery dates, material availability, or order fulfillment.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By placing an order or using JoeyPrints services, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

26. Changes to These Terms

JoeyPrints may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on our website.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
